Million Dollar Bowling
You’ve heard of Moonlight Bowling, Midnight Bowling, League Bowling, Professional Bowling and Bowling for Dollars. Now, here’s something you haven’t heard of before – “The Curative Power of One Million Dollar Bowling.” Sounds interesting – doesn’t it? Well, it is.
The American Anti-Cancer Institute is kicking off “Million Dollar Bowling” during National Anti-Cancer Month this August. Whether you like bowling or not, whether you’ve ever bowled or not – we would like you to participate. How do you do that? Here’s how.
As part of the AACI’s efforts to raise a million dollars for the “real cures” for cancer, bowling alleys throughout America will be providing all-day bowling at discounted or “free” rates to participants of “Million Dollar Bowling.”
Individual bowlers will secure “sponsors” who agree to contribute “so much” per pin for a three game series. For example, if you were to have a total pinfall of 400 for those three games and your sponsor promised you at least 5 cents per pin – your total proceeds from that individual sponsor would be $20. If you obtain a minimum of 5 sponsors with similar agreements, funds raised for the AACI through your efforts would be at least $100. Of course, some will be able to do much more – but all efforts are appreciated! If you are not able to bowl, you can become a sponsor or area organizer to support this very worthy cause.
All of us are – or will be – affected by cancer in our lifetime and over 1550 people die of cancer everyday in America. It’s time to put a stop to this. The American Anti-Cancer Institute is forwarding treatments, therapies, supplements and protocols that are known cancer killers. Many in government and large companies don’t want these “cures” to be publicized. It’s high time that the American people know what their options are. And we intend to make these public.
